The ATEM Micro Camera Panel delivers professional-grade camera control, bringing the precision of broadcast-quality CCU (Camera Control Unit) commands into a compact and versatile format. Its inherently portable nature is ensured by an internal battery and flexible Bluetooth or USB-C connectivity, allowing for its use in any location.
This intelligent panel allows for the management of up to eight different cameras via convenient side buttons, also offering the ability to check which cameras are currently on-air before making adjustments. At the heart of its control system is the new, precision-machined metal joystick, which provides tactile and accurate adjustment of crucial parameters such as iris (by moving the joystick) and black level (by rotating it). Beyond this, users can fine-tune shutter speed, white balance, RGB gain, and other fundamental settings for a perfect image.
In live productions, achieving impeccable color balance is critical to ensure a consistent and professional look when switching between various camera shots. While switchers like the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 already include camera control features, the ATEM Micro Camera Panel significantly expands these capabilities, providing the same user experience as high-end broadcast CCU controllers. This translates into a large, high-precision knob (the joystick itself) and clear, easily readable status LEDs. For even more granular color control, the panel also features dedicated knobs for the red, green, and blue channels, enabling detailed adjustments to the image tint.
