The Angelbird Performance Card Reader CFexpress B is a post-production tool for maximum efficiency: actively cooled and robust, it delivers transfer speeds up to 40 Gb/s via USB-C 4.0 and lets you edit directly from the memory card, with fast and consistent performance even with the highest card capacities.

Solid Cool technology, with a built-in low-noise fan and thermally optimised hardware, prevents the card from overheating and throttling during long sessions. An LED shows the status (orange: ready, blue: USB 3.2 up to 20 Gb/s, white: USB 4.0 up to 40 Gb/s, flashing: transfer in progress). The Solid Flex USB-C 4.0 cable is included.

Notes

• CFexpress B card not included. XQD cards are not supported.
• Card firmware updates in USB4 mode are supported from version 1.8.0 of the Firmware Update Tool on macOS and Windows 11; older systems such as Windows 10 require USB3 mode.
