Blackmagic 2110 IP Converter 8x12G SFP adds SMPTE 2110 IP video to 12G-SDI broadcast equipment with 8 independent bidirectional converters connected through SFP modules: optical fiber Ethernet modules can be used for long distances.
Blackmagic 2110 IP converters connect SDI and HDMI equipment to SMPTE 2110 broadcast networks over 10G Ethernet with PTP sync; they can also be managed over the network.
What the 2110 IP Converter 8x12G SFP is for
It is used in larger broadcast facilities to connect many SDI sources and destinations to the 2110 network in one rack unit.
Connections and power
8 12G-SDI inputs and 8 outputs plus program input with loop output, 8 10G SFP sockets, 1 RJ45 1G Ethernet port, panel with 12 buttons, color display and knob, 1RU, HD and Ultra HD up to 2160p60. 2 internal 100-240V supplies, 70 W maximum.
