Blackmagic 2110 IP Mini IP to HDMI lets you monitor 2110 IP video and audio on any HDMI monitor or TV. It is small enough to sit behind the display and connects and powers from 10G Ethernet.
Blackmagic 2110 IP converters connect SDI and HDMI equipment to SMPTE 2110 broadcast networks over 10G Ethernet with PTP sync; they can also be managed over the network.
What the 2110 IP Mini IP to HDMI is for
It is used for monitoring in control rooms, newsrooms, meeting rooms and studio corridors connected to the IP network, without SDI cables.

1 HDMI output, 1 RJ45 10G Ethernet port with PoE++ for 2110 video, setup and updates, HD and Ultra HD up to 2160p60. External 12V supply included, 18 W consumption.
