ATEM 2 M/E Constellation 4K is a live production switcher for broadcast control rooms, with 2 M/E rows. It has 20 12G-SDI inputs with standards conversion on every input and 12 independent outputs, plus multiview, built in talkback and a professional Fairlight audio mixer.
What the ATEM 2 M/E Constellation 4K is for
It is designed for Ultra HD productions with many cameras: 20 12G-SDI inputs up to 2160p60, 2 DVEs and a SuperSource for 6 DVEs in total, 2 multiviews. It suits TV studios, sports and events, with digital audio output over USB-C integrated with Fairlight Live.
Production features
8 ATEM Advanced upstream keyers with chroma key, 2 downstream keyers, 1 SuperSource for multi box compositions, 2 media players with stills and clips, a 48 channel Fairlight audio mixer with 6 band parametric EQ and dynamics (expander, gate, compressor, limiter).
Control and power
It is controlled with the free ATEM Software Control for Mac and Windows, with ATEM Advanced Panel hardware panels connected over Ethernet or, for emergencies, from the front fascia controls. Talkback on RJ45 for third party systems. Power consumption: 140 W, internal 100-240V supply.
How to choose
For larger productions there are the 4 M/E Constellation 4K and the Plus version with 80 inputs.
