ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2: live switcher with 8 HDMI inputs, 3 HDMI outputs, streaming, ISO recording to CFexpress or Thunderbolt, 10G Ethernet and XLR audio inputs.
Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 – 8-input HDMI switcher, streaming, ISO and 10G
ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 is the most complete compact switcher in the ATEM Mini family: 8 standards converted HDMI inputs, 3 independent HDMI outputs, built in streaming, multiview, record and playback on CFexpress or over Thunderbolt, 10G Ethernet for network storage and XLR audio inputs.
What the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 is for
It is designed for building a high end broadcast studio in little space: it records every input separately for later editing, saves directly to fast network storage and also accepts RTMP or SRT streams sent over the network by compatible Blackmagic cameras as sources.
Production features
4 upstream keyers with up to 4 advanced chroma keys, 2 downstream keyers, SuperSource, 2 DVEs, 2 media players with stills, video and audio clips, a Fairlight audio mixer with HDMI, MADI, XLR and Thunderbolt inputs, EQ and dynamics, and digital audio output over USB-C.
Connections and control
1G Ethernet for streaming, panels and internet, 10G Ethernet for network recording. It is controlled from the front panel buttons, with the free ATEM Software Control for Mac and Windows or with optional ATEM hardware panels (Micro Panel, Advanced Panel, Camera Control Panel), connected over Ethernet or USB-C. Maximum power consumption: 120 W, external 12V supply.
Mini Extreme ISO G2 or Mini Extreme?
ATEM Mini Extreme has the same 8 inputs but records to USB and lacks 10G Ethernet, XLR inputs and the third HDMI output.
