Blackmagic Design DeckLink Mini Monitor HD – PCIe playback card with 3G-SDI and HDMI 2.0
DeckLink Mini Monitor HD sends the computer video signal to a monitor, TV or projector in broadcast quality. It has one 3G-SDI output and one HDMI 2.0 output, in all SD and HD formats, including high dynamic range (HDR) formats.
What the DeckLink Mini Monitor HD is for
It is the card for viewing your program on a reference monitor while working in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or other editing and graphics software, without going through the computer graphics card, so colors and frame rates are correct. It also handles playback to recorders, switchers or playout systems.
Outputs and formats
1 x 10-bit SDI output switchable SD/HD (270 Mb, 1.5G and 3G) and 1 x HDMI 2.0 type A output. Power consumption: 3 W.
Installation and compatibility
It uses a 1 lane second generation PCI Express slot and also works in wider slots. It runs on Windows, Linux and Mac computers with PCI Express slots; the Desktop Video driver includes Media Express, Disk Speed Test, LiveKey and the setup utility, and the free SDK lets you build the card into your own applications.
Mini Monitor HD or Mini Monitor 4K?
If you work in Ultra HD you need DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K, with 6G-SDI and HDMI 2.0a up to 2160p30. For HD, Mini Monitor HD is enough and uses a 1 lane slot.
