DeckLink Mini Recorder HD is the simplest and most affordable Blackmagic capture card for bringing an HD signal into your computer: it has one 3G-SDI input and one HDMI 2.0 input and records all SD and HD formats up to 1080p60, plus 2K DCI at 60p.
What the DeckLink Mini Recorder HD is for
It suits streaming and software switching with one camera or switcher, recording events and lessons, and capture for editing. It is compatible with virtually all SD and HD equipment and the most popular software, including DaVinci Resolve.
Inputs and formats
1 x 10-bit SDI input switchable SD/HD (270 Mb, 1.5G and 3G) and 1 x HDMI 2.0 type A input. Power consumption: 3 W.
Installation and compatibility
It uses a 1 lane second generation PCI Express slot and also works in wider slots. It runs on Windows, Linux and Mac computers with PCI Express slots; the Desktop Video driver includes Media Express, Disk Speed Test, LiveKey and the setup utility, and the free SDK lets you build the card into your own applications.
Mini Recorder HD or Mini Recorder 4K?
If your work stays in HD, Mini Recorder HD is enough and uses a 1 lane slot. DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K is for Ultra HD up to 2160p30, HDR and 12-bit 4:4:4 color.
