Micro Converter HDMI to SDI 3G connects HDMI cameras and computers to professional SDI equipment: it converts the HDMI input to two 3G-SDI outputs, settable to level A or B, in SD and HD.
What the Micro Converter HDMI to SDI 3G is for
It is used when the source is HDMI and the rest of the facility is SDI: consumer and mirrorless cameras to SDI switchers, recorders and monitors, or a computer to a broadcast system. Unlike cheap converters it also supports film formats such as 1080p24, 1080p47.95 and 1080p48. The two outputs send two copies of the signal to two devices.
Connections
HDMI type A input; 2 SD, HD or 3G-SDI outputs matching the input, level A or B selectable in the setup utility; USB-C for power, setup and updates. Power consumption: 2 W.
Power
It is powered from any USB-C socket, for example a computer, a monitor or a charger; a version with power supply included is also available.
