Blackmagic Design Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 – Miniature 4K studio camera with 12G-SDI
Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 is a broadcast quality live production camera in a tiny body: a Four Thirds sensor with 13 stops of dynamic range and excellent low light performance, 12G-SDI Micro BNC connections for 10-bit uncompressed video up to 2160p60 and an HDMI output.
What the Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 is for
It goes where no other camera fits: on stages, on talk show sets, on football goals, in cars, as a fixed studio camera or for special points of view. With several 1/4" mounting points it fits arms, suction mounts and supports.
Integration with ATEM switchers
The SDI input receives tally, camera control, color corrector and lens control from an ATEM switcher; with an ATEM Mini the HDMI output works in 1080 and supports all control features. It also records Blackmagic RAW to USB-C disks.
Connections
12G-SDI Micro BNC in and out, HDMI output up to 1080p60, 3.5 mm stereo input (also timecode), USB-C port for disks and Zoom/Focus Demand, built in stereo microphone, front tally. 12V 36W supply, 18-25 W consumption.
