Mini Converter Audio to SDI 4K embeds 4 channels of balanced analog audio or 8 channels of AES/EBU digital audio into any SDI signal up to 6G-SDI.
What the Mini Converter Audio to SDI 4K is for
It adds audio from mixers, decks and other professional equipment to SDI links feeding routers, switchers and recorders, including Ultra HD.
Connections
SD, HD or 6G-SDI input with automatic backup input, SDI output with embedded audio, 4 balanced analog and 8 digital channels on 1/4 inch jacks. Power consumption: 8.4 W.
Build and power
Like all Blackmagic Mini Converters it has a rugged metal case, is set up with switches and the free utility over USB, and includes the +12V universal power supply with socket adapters for most countries.
