Blackmagic OpenGear Converter - Analog to SDI
Blackmagic OpenGear Converter - Analog to SDI is a rack card that converts analog video to SDI, with 3 Gb/s SDI technology that automatically switches between SD, HD and 3 Gb/s HD-SDI formats.
Blackmagic OpenGear Converters are fully compatible with OpenGear, the open standard for rack mount conversion and processing for television broadcasters, and fit 20-card models of the 2 RU OpenGear frames. The cards are hot swappable and can be controlled and monitored over the network with the java based DashBoard software on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux; new standards can be uploaded via the USB port. Audio is 24 bit analog and 24 bit digital: analog or AES/EBU digital audio is selected with mini switches or remotely via DashBoard, AES/EBU inputs have sample rate converters, and the standard 2 ch and 4 ch audio rear modules are supported.
