Blackmagic Teranex Mini Optical to Audio 12G

The Teranex Mini Optical to Audio 12G de-embeds audio from any SD, HD or Ultra HD optical fiber or 12G-SDI video connection and outputs it to two channels of analog audio or four channels of AES/EBU digital audio, for audio mixers, analog decks and reference monitors. Switches select which of the 16 embedded channels are de-embedded.

Balanced audio is on XLR connectors, with the right channel also configurable as timecode output; unbalanced HiFi stereo is available on RCA connectors and S/PDIF on a TOSLINK optical connector. The optical input auto-detects SD, HD, 6G and 12G-SDI and the optical output works as a loop-through; the optical connections need an optional SMPTE compatible SFP module. More channels can be de-embedded by daisy chaining a Teranex Mini SDI to Audio 12G.
