Teranex Mini SDI to Audio 12G de-embeds audio from any SD, HD or Ultra HD SDI connection and outputs 2 channels of analog audio to balanced XLR, hi-fi RCA or optical, or up to 4 channels of AES/EBU digital audio.
What the Teranex Mini SDI to Audio 12G is for
It brings the audio of a video facility to mixers, PA systems, recorders and consumer equipment, while the video continues on the loop output.
Connections
12G-SDI input and 12G-SDI loop output, 2 analog channels balanced on XLR or unbalanced on RCA, 4 AES/EBU channels on XLR, S/PDIF TOSLINK optical output.
Build and power
Like all Teranex Minis it has an internal 100-240V power supply (IEC cable required), can also be powered over PoE+ Ethernet at 48V, is set up over USB or Ethernet and accepts the optional Smart Panel with LCD, knob and 6 buttons for front panel control. Power consumption is 16 W.
