Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Mini Monitor 12G – Thunderbolt 12G-SDI and HDMI playback
GTIN: 9338716010411
UltraStudio Mini Monitor 12G: compact Thunderbolt interface with 12G-SDI fill and key outputs and HDMI 2.0 output, for 10-bit playback in HD and Ultra HD up to 2160p60.
Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Mini Monitor 12G – Thunderbolt 12G-SDI and HDMI playback
UltraStudio Mini Monitor 12G sends video from a laptop or computer to broadcast monitors and equipment, in 10-bit quality over SDI and HDMI. It has multi rate 12G-SDI outputs and an HDMI 2.0 output, from HD up to Ultra HD at 2160p60.
What UltraStudio Mini Monitor 12G is for
It is used for reference monitoring while editing and grading, for example with DaVinci Resolve, and for broadcast graphics: the 10-bit fill and key outputs let you key titles and graphics in the switcher.
Outputs
2 x 12G-SDI outputs (fill and key) with 16 embedded audio channels and 1 x HDMI 2.0 output with 8 audio channels. SDI rates 270 Mb, 1.5G, 3G, 6G and 12G.
Connection and compatibility
It connects over Thunderbolt 4 to Apple Silicon Macs, Windows and Linux computers. It works on Mac, Windows and Linux with the Desktop Video driver, which includes Media Express, Disk Speed Test and the setup utility, and is compatible with the main editing, graphics and streaming software.
Mini Monitor 12G, Mini Recorder 12G or Mini Replay 12G?
They are three boxes from the same family: Mini Monitor plays back, Mini Recorder captures, Mini Replay does both over SDI with fill, key and a monitoring output.
bmdonline.eu is an authorized Blackmagic Design reseller: the official extended warranty is also available for this product.
