Blackmagic Design URSA Mini Pro 12K OLPF – 12K Super 35 cinema camera with OLPF
URSA Mini Pro 12K OLPF is the third generation URSA Mini Pro: a 12,288 x 6480 12K Super 35 sensor with 14 stops of dynamic range and new color science, 80 megapixels per frame in Blackmagic RAW. This is the version with an optical low pass filter (OLPF), which reduces moiré and aliasing on fine patterns.
What the URSA Mini Pro 12K OLPF is for
It is designed for digital film and commercials that need extremely high resolution: shoot 12K, 8K or 4K with the same sensor, reframe in post and work with visual effects. It has external broadcast style controls and a shoulder design.
Lenses, filters and recording
PL mount included, interchangeable with optional EF and F mounts; built in 4 position ND filters (clear, 2, 4 and 6 stop IR). It records to 2 CFast 2.0 slots, 2 SD UHS-II slots or, through the USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 port, directly to flash disks and SSDs; with the optional URSA Mini Recorder also to 2.5" SSDs.
Connections
12G-SDI output and 3G-SDI monitoring output, 2 XLR audio inputs switchable between mic, line and AES with phantom power, 4" touchscreen. External 12V supply and rear mount compatible with V-mount or gold mount battery plates.
Software
Every Blackmagic camera includes DaVinci Resolve Studio, the editing, grading, effects and audio software used in film and television, which reads Blackmagic RAW files directly.
