Blackmagic URSA PL

Blackmagic URSA PL is a user upgradeable, full size digital film camera with a 4K Super 35 sensor with global shutter and the film industry PL lens mount, for working with cinema PL lenses. It offers 12 stops of dynamic range and records CinemaDNG RAW and RAW 3:1 at 4000 x 2160, and Apple ProRes 444, 422 HQ, 422, 422 LT and 422 Proxy at 3840 x 2160 and 1920 x 1080 onto dual CFast 2.0 recorders.

A 10.1" monitor and two 5" touchscreens are used for monitoring and settings, with scopes and audio meters. Connections include a 12G-SDI output, a 3G-SDI down converted monitoring output, a 12G-SDI input, reference input, timecode in and out, two XLR audio inputs with phantom power and a headphone output. The rear mount accepts V-mount or Gold Mount battery plates, and integrated rod mounts follow the 15 mm LWS standard.
