Blackmagic URSA Cine 12K LF Body is a fully featured cinema camera with all the advanced capabilities of the URSA Cine 12K series but without some included accessories, such as shoulder mounts, handles, battery plates, and the 8TB Media Module, which can be purchased separately. Instead, it comes with a CFexpress Media Module featuring two CFexpress card slots.
This version is designed for experienced filmmakers and rental services that already own the necessary accessories. It retains all the high-end technical specifications, including the full-frame 12K sensor, with scalability for shooting in 12K, 8K, and 4K, making it ideal for high-end film productions, VFX, and IMAX-style content.
The camera supports high frame rates of up to 224 fps in 8K and 120 fps in 12K, with exceptional color fidelity through DaVinci Resolve integration. It offers advanced monitoring options, featuring dual 5” HDR touchscreens, full connectivity (12G-SDI, 10G Ethernet, XLR audio), and recording capabilities on Blackmagic Cloud.
Designed for maximum versatility, it allows anamorphic shooting with multiple aspect ratios and supports interchangeable cinema lens mounts. With a robust yet lightweight magnesium alloy and carbon fiber body, it is perfect for professional sets, ensuring durability and portability.
URSA Cine 12K LF Body is compatible with the optional URSA Cine EVF and supports live streaming via RTMP and SRT, providing filmmakers with a powerful solution for real-time workflows.
